Happy April Fool’s Day,
I have done a few pranks in the past, some quite memorable but I have no intention of fooling anybody here
It’s been a while since one of these has gone out but I have been busy with other rantings, on social media and my fortnightly column in a local paper, not to mention the preparation of papers for consultations and Legal arguments with and for challenging the Authorities down here at Stonehenge.
All has a positive effect even if it’s a while later. The National Geographic have just brought out a special edition called The Story of God and I figure along with a Photograph of Stonehenge, where they are talking about (The thwarted Tunnel) one of our successes.
For those of you NOT aware we are always challenging the Authorities here at Stonehenge and like the tunnel campaign, even when we succeed, it’s rarely over as some years down the line they will inevitably try again. As is the case with fighting to retain the use of the By-ways open to all Traffic within the World Heritage site of Stonehenge. Which once again, despite them losing a previous application at public inquiry they wish to try and restrict. And don’t think for an instant it was the first tunnel application we thwarted, nor will it necessarily be the last, as I oft’ times tell the Press, Even if and when we win. It will not stop our children and our children’s children having to ‘fight’ it all over again because successive governments behave like spoilt children and keep coming back until they get the answer they require.
After all the court appearances I have been through for my right as a Druid Sword bearer and that of others to carry a Sword in ritual Merlin of England was arrested here at The Vernal equinox for carrying his. It’s never ending and often repetitive but the Fight goes on and we must always remain vigilant.

So, I shall try and get this newsletter out once a month and keep you informed. Meanwhile enjoy the brighter whether and do forgive me if I don’t. Get it out on time that is, for I have every intention of enjoying the Glorious weather.
Blessings from the Front.
